Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to Lower Second Class on the UK Honour scale. Essential- A good UK honours degree at 2:2 or above/equivalent in surveying, construction, civil engineering, real estate or any other construction subject.
- In exceptional circumstances, students who have relevant professional experience maybe invited to an interview and take a test, at which you\xc2\xa0will be required to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding for entry onto the course.
International/EU students
Essential- An equivalent overseas qualification in surveying, construction, civil engineering, real estate or any other construction subject.
- Non-EU students need to demonstrate a good command of English. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is needed before you\xc2\xa0can enrol in this programme.
