- BA (or another university degree such the German Diplom) in social sciences, geography, economics or in a similar major
- Grade of the BA: 2.3 (B) or better
- Letter of recommendation from a University professor
- Evidence of English language competence equivalent to a level of TOEFL Test (560/220)
- Evaluation of the aptitude
