Admission Requirements:

In order to be considered for entry to the program, applicants will normally be at least 23 years old and should be prepared to demonstrate the following:

  • Competence to undertake graduate work: a College or University degree in psychology. Applicants who do not have a first degree in psychology may opt to attend a graduate conversion course, leading to a Graduate Certificate in Psychology, prior to applying to the program.
  • Suitability for counseling: Evidence of personal maturity and resilience sufficient to cope with the emotional demands of counseling and psychotherapy will be sought during the personal interview and from references.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
