Program Curriculum

Course Structure

  1. Research Project (120 credits). This is the main part of the course, with an extended research project undertaken in one of the Schools in the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries during which you will work with an experienced member of academic staff.
  2. Research Preparation and Development (60 credits). This includes a wide range of research skills, including: personal effectiveness, research management, professional skills, networking, research organisation, science communication, impact, literature review and career management.

  • An upper second-class honours degree in a related subject. Applicants may be subject to interview.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 6.0.
