- Equivalent of two years\' full-time practice (a minimum of 3640 hours within the past five years) as a registered nurse following graduation using the employer-completed Verification of Employment Hours form (see the Supplementary Information Form).
- Be a member of College of Nurses of Ontario and hold annual registration payment card
- Member and carrying liability protection (LAP) with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (or equivalent in home province)
