Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for this Master\'s degree programme, you must hold a suitable higher education degree from the field of Culture and Arts AND have a minimum of three years\' work experience in the field AFTER completion of the degree.

You have until 31 July to complete work experience requirement.Indicate work experience on the application form in full months.

Part-time work should be converted into full-time equivalents such that 150 hours or 20 working days lasting at least 7 hours per day correspond to one month of work. Work experience does not have to be continuous or obtained working for the same employer. The amount of work experience points awarded for parallel employment relationships may only equate to the amount awarded for full-time employment.
Qualification completed in Finland

The degree used in the application procedure must be completed such that the copy of the final degree certificate will arrive at the admissions office of the higher education institution by 15 July 2017 at 3 pm (Finnish time).

If you have completed a vocational college degree or higher vocational degree in Finland (in Finnish: opisto- tai ammatillisen korkea-asteen tutkinto) before completing the required Bachelor\'s degree, work experience completed after the lower degree will also be accepted.

You are still required to have a minimum of three years\' work experience from the suitable field.Entrepreneurship will be accepted as work experience if you can provide a certificate attesting that you are or have been covered under the statutory YEL or MYEL pension scheme (YEL = statutory pension scheme for entrepreneurs; MYEL = statutory pension scheme for farmers, forest estate owners, fishers and reindeer herders and their family members). Entrepreneurship abroad will be substantiated with equivalent official documents.
Qualification completed outside of Finland

If you apply with a foreign degree and are not an EU/EEA citizen, the degree or qualification has to be completed by the end of the application period 10 - 25 January.

If your original degree certificate is in a language other than Finnish, Swedish or English, you also have to submit a copy of its certified translation. The translation has to be in Finnish, Swedish or English and it has to include the translator\'s signature and stamp.
