Transcripts must show that the Bachelor\xc2\x92s or\nMaster\xc2\x92s degree was received from an institution accredited by an\nappropriate national accrediting body, a regional accrediting agency or by\nthe reporting state agency of the state in which the college or university\nis located. \n
