Academic Requirements
In order to be considered for entry to the program applicants should be able to demonstrate:
Competence to undertake graduate work: a College or University degree in any of the social or health sciences.
- Evidence of Proficiency in the English language.
- Motivation or relevant experience to specialize in this area: for instance, work experience in education, counseling, sponsorship, relevant social/community/voluntary work etc.
- Suitability for counseling and therapeutic work with children: Evidence of personal maturity and resilience sufficient to cope with the emotional demands of counseling will be sought during the interview and from the reference letters.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
