Academic Requirements
Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in Psychology or Psychology-related sciences, CV, motivational letter, etc.
In the case of applicants for the MA Programme in Psychology at ELTE PPK copies of the following documents need to be submitted to the institute: application form (original, signature with a blue-ink pen).
After you complete the form and send it online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an HTML attachment. The attachment is the filled-out application form which you can print out and sign, a degree certificate (diploma) or records of the last two years (records may also be requested if it is not certain whether the degree fulfils the requirements), an official English translation of the certificates and the records if the language of the original is not English, a reference work, a professional curriculum vitae (CV), a letter of motivation (please include the specialisation which you would like to apply for in the letter of motivation), a copy of your passport, two recent passport photographs (original). The admission procedure contains an oral entrance exam.\xc2\xa0
The entrance exam contains a discussion in English about a psychology related article, which the applicant receives at the beginning of the oral examination. The article will be from a relevant area. For example, in case of Clinical and Health Psychology Specialisation, the article will be about a research in that area. The applicant has one hour to read and make notes, after that the oral examination takes place. During the oral examination the applicant has to be able to summarize the article and answer the questions regarding the article. Successful applicants must have a good command of English and pass the entrance exam.\xc2\xa0
