Academic Requirements
Applicants for graduate studies in economics must meet the requirements of the Graduate School of Business and be accepted by the Department of Economics. The requirements are:
(1) a bachelors degree from an accredited institution with a satisfactory grade-point average,
(2) a satisfactory score on the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE)
(3) satisfactory performance in the following courses: intermediate microeconomics, intermediate macroeconomics, statistics, two semesters of calculus, and linear algebra.
