Academic Requirements

All relevant general regulations of the Board for Graduate Studies and Research of The University of the West Indies governing admission to higher degrees shall apply. In particular admission to the Master of Education programme will normally require:
  • A Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree of at least Lower Second Class Honours and the Diploma in Education of The University of the West Indies or any other diploma or certificate in Education acceptable to the School of Education or
  • A Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree of at least Lower Second Class Honours and a Teacher\xc2\x92s College Certificate that are both acceptable to the School of Education.
