- Request for official high school transcript(s) to be sent directly to UOG
- Submit copy of current passport and visa (only if you are currently under a U.S. visa)
- Provide copy of valid medical insurance that will cover you while you are on Guam
- Submit a certified Financial Support Form or attach a sponsor\'s latest bank statement
- Take UOG English and Math placement test
- Fill out and pay application fee of $74
