- PhD, Exceptional Learners, Counselling = January 31
- Education Administration and Leadership, and Curriculum Studies = January 31, July 31
- Critical Studies, Adult Education and Instructional Design = 3 months prior to intended start date
- A completed online application
- Letter of interest
- Up-to-date resumé
- Three reference letters, including at least one academic letter if degree(s) have been completed in the last 5 years
- Official transcripts (copied or opened transcripts are not official)
- International English language testing system (IELTS) = band 7
- Paper-based TOEFL = 650
