Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
- You have an academic Bachelors degree (BA of BSc) in an area that is relevant for the programme such as Education, Educational or Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, Knowledge Engineering, or in a specific discipline with interest in pedagogical content knowledge or pedagogy.
- You need a GPA of 3.4 (or the Dutch equivalent of 7.5) or higher to be eligible. Students with a GPA between 3.0 and 3.4 (Dutch equivalent: 7 or higher) will be considered for admission. The programmes Board of Admissions will determine whether these candidates compensate for this GPA with other capacities they possess.
- You have undergraduate training in methods and statistics, including topics such as univariate descriptive statistics, correlation, univariate regression, and one-way analysis of variance.
- You have training in one or more topics in multivariate statistics, that is, factor analysis, multiple regression, and/or multivariate analysis of variance (totaling approximately 20 EC).
- Hands on experience with SPSS or another statistical software package for data analysis.
- Proof of your proficiency in English (CAE- Level B, CPC- Grade C).
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
