- A vita or resume detailing education and work experience as well as relevant personal experience.
- An essay of 750 words on the topic M.Ed. candidates topic: My Reasons for pursuing graduate study in Educational Technology
- Official transcripts (undergraduate and graduate) from all colleges and universities attended.
- Recommendations from three faculty or other persons who can provide information about (a) your potential for graduate study, and (b) your interpersonal skills. If you have been employed full-time, one reference may be from your immediate supervisor. Have letters of reference sent directly to the Educational Psychology Department (see below).
- Students applying for the M.Ed. program must also provide a statement signed by you that you have not been convicted of a felony. This is requested by the State of Ohio for certification to practice in the schools.
English Proficiency: IELTS 8 or equivalent.
