Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
- Entry requirements: 2.1 (Upper 2nd class hons degree or international equivalent)
- Including: Any numerate Electrical and Electronic Engineering degrees are eligible
- Excluding: All Arts,Social Sciences,Sciences & most other engineering subjects
- Other requirements: Applicants should have relevant final year degree knowledge of at least one of the topics of the five research groups in EEE, ie. Applied Optics; Electromagnetics; Power Electronics, Machines and Control; Applied Ultrasonics; Photonic and Radio Frequency Engineering.
- IELTS: 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element)
- TOEFL paper based: 573 with 4.5 in TWE
- TOEFL IBT: 88 (no less than 19 in any element)
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
