Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- Students not going to industry start their project in Semester 1 of Year 2. The project is worth 45 credits in each semester, and finishes at the end of Semester 2 in June. In addition to the project, students take the professional studies module EPS1 in Semester 1 (15 credits) and EPS2 in Semester 2 (15 credits)
- Students going to industry for three - six months start their project in Semester 2 (45 credits) and continue over the summer period, finishing in September with the standard MSc cohort. In addition they take the professional studies modules EPS1P in Semester 1 (15 credits), and EPS2 in Semester 2 (15 credits)

Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
A good honours degree in mathematics, computing, physical sciences or engineering disciplines is required. Our minimum entry level is a 2.2 from a good UK university or overseas equivalent. Relevant industrial experience will also be considered.
English language requirements
