Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
Admission requirements for the Master of Engineering Management program are listed below. Exceptions to standard admission requirements are considered by the admissions committee on an individual basis.A BS degree from a program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) or the equivalent.
- A minimum of four years\' post baccalaureate engineering experience.
- A minimum undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 overall or for the equivalent of the last 60 semester hours (approximately two years of work) or a master\'s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00. Applicants from an international institution must have a strong academic performance comparable to a 3.00 for an undergraduate or master\'s degree. All GPAs are based on a 4.00 scale. We use your institution\'s grading scale; do not convert your grades to a 4.00 scale.
- International applicants must have a degree comparable to an approved U.S. bachelor\'s degree.
