- has completed an undergraduate degree of an Australian Higher education institution or the equivalent standard in any other institution and has had at least two years\' appropriate work experience; OR
- has successfully completed the Graduate Certificate of Management of the University of Tasmania or an equivalent award of another Australian higher education institution.
