Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Prerequisites: A Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific discipline or at least two semesters of biology, one semester each of chemistry, algebra and trigonometry, and one semester of physics and beginning statistics (recommended). Admission criteria include a B average or better for the last two years of the baccalaureate program, and satisfactory scores (total of 1000 in verbal and quantitative portions or 297 on the new scale) of the General Test of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Up to 9 graduate-level credits taken prior to formal admission may be transferred into the program to meet degree requirements.
