- original diploma of higher education - at least Bachelor\'s degree* (check the recognition rules), legalized or bearing an apostille (if applicable)
- official translation of the diploma into Polish
- original diploma supplement / transcript of records and its official translation into Polish (unless it was issued in English)
- certificate confirming your proficient command of English (list of certificates)
- recent health certificate issued by a medical doctor, stating that there are no contraindications for your undertaking studies (if you use another health certificate form you must submit its official translation into Polish)
- motivation letter (600-700 words) (only for International Business).
