1) You must have a diploma that constitutes a certificate of access to the requested cycle and comply with the selection procedures for certain subjects of study. 

2) You must master French

Unless the jury has set less strict conditions or if the jury has set higher requirements, you must demonstrate a B2 level in French. So, unless if French is your mother tongue or if you studied in an institution whose language of instruction was French, you must produce the certificate of passing a standardized test: DALF, DELF, TEF or TCF. Where the language requirement concerns the English language, the accepted tests are the TOEFL or the IELTS.

Note : the test proving the knowledge of French does not replace "the examination of mastery of the French language" to which non-French-speaking students who enroll in a master\'s or didactic approach or the A.E.S.S. remain subject (level test C1). 

3) You must have sufficient financial resources to carry out your studies

You must provide a financing plan (official proof required) that shows sufficient resources to carry out the studies: 10.000 € + amount of the registration fees (currently 4.175 €).

4) You should not have already obtained, in the French-speaking Community of Belgium, a graduate degree higher than the one you are requesting  

5) Your previous results must be sufficient

You must, at the time of the filing of the file, have at least 180 undergraduate credits in an academic institution, with an annual average of 12/20 for 2 academic years at least.

The last result must correspond to :

• the acquisition of all the credits of the annual program of studies, if studies outside the European Union;
• the acquisition of 75% of the crédits of the annual program of studies, if studies in the European Union.
  (if the applicant is still a student, it will be accepted subject to obtaining the required number of credits)

During the previous academic background, only one year may not have led to the acquisition of all the credits in the annual program of studies.

Previous studies have to be related to the course requested (for "orphan" masters, studies similar to studies organized in the French-speaking Community of Belgium and giving access to the said masters).
