Academic Requirements

  • Common regulations for the Masters degree in all Faculties shall be applicable.A holder of the degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) of at least second class honors of University of Nairobi or its equivalent from any other recognized university,
  • A holder of the degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) of at least second class honors and a Post Graduate Diploma in education (PGDE) of the University of Nairobi or the equivalent qualifications from any other university recognised by Senate,
  • A holder of a pass degree, for categories (a) and (b), or any other relevant degree with a relevant Post Graduate certificate, and five or more years of teaching or management of education,
  • A holder of a relevant degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree of at least second class of University of Nairobi or its equivalent from any other recognised university.
