Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Students wishing to pursue a graduate degree must have graduated from an accredited four year institution with the appropriate undergraduate background in the field of proposed academic emphasis. For a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science, typically the appropriate preparation will be an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science (or equivalent), a minimum of 18 semester hours of appropriate course work is required. Each applicant will be individually evaluated by the department\xc2\x92s Graduate Program Coordinator as to what may be appropriate for them. These courses may be completed concurrently with graduate work, but must be completed before the student is admitted for candidacy for the degree.
