Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

While full-time post-baccalaureate work experience is not required for admission to Purdue\xc2\x92s MS(F) program, many MS(F) students do enter the program with one or more years of relevant experience. The median work experience for recent MS(F) classes is two years, but about half of our program\xc2\x92s students have less than one year of full-time experience. However, those coming straight from an undergraduate program often have significant co-opportunity or internship experiences. Applicants to the MS(F) program may submit the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) in lieu of the GMAT.
