Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- This option requires 12 classes of approved 500-level finance coursework.
- Coursework is normally completed four courses each semester - the first fall semester, spring semestesr and the second fall semester.
- Students should be eligible to graduate in December, after 16 months of study.
- This option requires 10 classes of approved 500-level finance coursework plus a 6-unit summer project completed with a teammate.
- The coursework is normally completed five courses each semester - fall and spring.
- The project commences in April and students are expected to work 20 hours per week from the end of spring semester through mid-August when the project results are presented to faculty.
- Students should be eligible to graduate in August.

Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
