- Leadership Assessment and Development (LEAD): LEAD facilitates the discovery of your personal management strengths and weaknesses through a series of self-assessments. Based off of the assessment results, you will develop a personal learning plan to help improve your abilities.
- Integrative core curriculum: You will master the core areas of accounting, finance, strategic issues and applications, marketing and supply chain management, operations and supply chain management, statistics and decision modeling, and economics.
- Management Perspectives and Dialogues: In this course, you will engage with area executives regarding problems their organizations have faced or anticipate facing in the future. This second-semester course encourages you to apply the knowledge and skills you\x92ve acquired in core courses to real-life scenarios with senior managers who have experience drawing on all areas of management disciplines in order to address complex issues.
- Year-Long Practicum: In your second year, you will participate in one of two year-long practicums recognized by publications like Forbes and Businessweek for their hands-on approach to mastering design practices and sustainable value. When reviewing your profile for admission consideration, the Weatherhead MBA admissions team requires the following:
- Submitted online application

- Current resume
- Unofficial transcripts
- GMAT or GRE score report
- Proof of English Language Proficiency (for applicants whose native language is not English)
- Letters of recommendation
- $100 application fee
Each supporting document must be uploaded to your online application for admission consideration. Some applicants require time to take the GMAT or GRE. Considering this, our team may interview applicants who have not yet taken either test (or who plan to retake a test for a higher score) but whose undergraduate transcripts and work history demonstrate high performance. Please note: An offer for admission cannot be extended with an incomplete application package. Weatherhead does not offer conditional admission under any circumstances. We reserve the right to deny admission if an application remains incomplete by the Round 3 deadline.
