- Original Certificate of\xc2\xa0Higher Education with its Supplement (grades/marks in\xc2\xa0the studied subjects) and its notarized copy translated into the Ukrainian language and legalized in the Consulate of\xc2\xa0Ukraine;
- 6\xc2\xa0photos (30\xc3\x9740\xc2\xa0mm);
- Scan of\xc2\xa0a\xc2\xa0work record card which confirms significant experience (at\xc2\xa0least 1,5\xc2\xa0years) in\xc2\xa0the sphere of\xc2\xa0management or\xc2\xa0economics (for the General MBA).
