Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Candidates who have completed a BA in German studies, or close equivalent, from an accredited institution will be given preference for admission to the Master of Arts program in German. Other factors taken into consideration include:
- Quality of the writing sample
- Letters of recommendation assessing the student\xc2\x92s command of the target language and potential for graduate work
- Quality of previous educational experience
- Applicant\xc2\x92s grade point average (GPA)
- Whether or not the student has had the opportunity to study abroad.
