Course Structure

  1. Students will usually complete twelve subjects over 18 months totalling 180 credit points including three to four core subjects depending on background (excluding LTU0AIM a not-for-credit subject). The remaining subjects are to be selected from the La Trobe Law School Masters elective offerings (see below).
  2. These subjects will focus on areas of global interest, including International Business and Arbitration Law, US Business and Corporations Law, Intellectual Property Law and Asian and European Business Law; but may also include subjects in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Comparative Legal Traditions, International Human Rights Law, Australian and International Criminal Law and Public Interest Law.
