Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- Students will usually complete twelve subjects over 18 months totalling 180 credit points including three to four core subjects depending on background (excluding LTU0AIM a not-for-credit subject). The remaining subjects are to be selected from the La Trobe Law School Masters elective offerings (see below).
- These subjects will focus on areas of global interest, including International Business and Arbitration Law, US Business and Corporations Law, Intellectual Property Law and Asian and European Business Law; but may also include subjects in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Comparative Legal Traditions, International Human Rights Law, Australian and International Criminal Law and Public Interest Law.
