Minimum Admission Requirements

M.Sc.

  • An Honours Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) with at least a B+ from an accredited university (equivalent to a McMaster 9 GPA out of 12) in the final full year in all courses in the discipline, or relating to the discipline, in which you plan to do graduate work. Please note while a B+ is the minimum average, due to the pool of applicants, the average GPA for those applicants admitted to the program may be higher.
  • Although statistics is not a requirement for admission to the program, it is highly recommended.
