- have at least one year of qualified professional experience (optional criterion) and
- have advanced English language skills
- TOEFL, IBT min. 80 points, CBT min. 213 point, PBT min. 550 points (the CBT and PBT are nowadays very seldom offered; earlier test scores are still accepted)
- IELTS (Academic version) min. 6.0 points
- CAE or CPE
- TOEIC min. 750 points until 2014 or min. 785 points since 2015
