- Complete the\nIntensive English Language Center Graduate Application\xc2\xa0 and pay the $60 application fee
- Original financial\ndocuments: Financial Data Form [WEB] accompanied by a bank statement showing a\nminimum of $33,600 for the Fall 2016/Spring 2017 semesters. Passport copy,\nprevious I-20/DS-2019 forms, visa stamps, and I-94 card.
