  2. 8 hours of Academic Integrity and Ethics Training
  3. Present one seminar in AFNS 601 and attend 75% or more of seminar presentations
  4. A research project course, consisting of a seminar presentation, oral exam and submission of a final report.
  5. 3 graduate level courses (500 level or higher; minimum 9 credits)*
  6. 8 hours of AFNS Academic Integrity and Ethics Training
  7. Complete AFNS 601 Seminar requirement (presentation of 1 seminar and 75%+ attendance)
  8. Research, write and defend a thesis,
  9. Present a thesis seminar as part of the final oral examination.

Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (preferably Science or Engineering based), or its academic equivalent, from a recognized institution, and

  • Grade point average (GPA) of 3.3 out of 4.0 in the last two years (approximately 60 credits) of post-secondary study.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
