Academic Requirements
Entry requirements
You are normally expected to have at least two years post graduate work experience and be currently working in an HRD role (for example, training, learning and development, workplace learning, organisational development, consultancy). We also welcome applicants who are working in an HRM role, but plan to develop their career in an HRD specialism.
If you lack the required academic qualifications but meet the work experience requirements above you are also eligible to apply. Applicants will be required to complete a 2,000 word report on an organisational HR issue, provide an extended personal statement and supply two supporting references confirming suitability for entry to a postgraduate programme.
We also consider applications from those who have gained relevant skills through a wide range of vocational qualifications or responsible experience.English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
