Standard Entry
The normal entry requirement is one of the following
  • An honours or CNAA degree
  • Newcastle Business School Diploma in Management Development (Newcastle Business School offers a one- year part-time Diploma in Management Development designed to equip non- graduate applicants for the programme)
  • An equivalent professional qualification with two and half years managerial/supervisory experience
  • Early application is advised
  • Graduate members of the CIPD may progress directly to the top-up Masters degree

  • A British Council International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.5 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking of 5.5
  • Pearson Academic score of 62 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking of 51
