Academic Requirements

The following supporting documents should be included in the application:
  1. A copy of official academic transcript(s);
  2. Copies of certificate(s) of all tertiary education/academic/professional qualifications (e.g. graduation certificate/study proof);
  3. A copy of degree certificate(s) (for applicants study in mainland China only);
  4. A copy of TOEFL/ IELTS/ CET6 report if the applicant did not graduate from a tertiary institution in Hong Kong or an English-speaking country;
  5. A copy of identity card/ passport/ travel document;
  6. Two original Confidential Recommendation Forms completed by two referees;
  7. Other supporting documents to substantiate qualifications in your application (If you are an applicant from mainland China, please provide your contact information in Chinese, i.e. name, address and etc.);
  8. Original copies of notarised documents for your graduation certificate, degree certificate (if applicable) and official academic transcript(s) (for applicants study in mainland China).
To be eligible for admission to this Programme, candidates should have:
  1. A bachelor’s degree with a good record from a recognised tertiary institution (applicants holding a non-business first degree* have to complete the pre-entry course(s)); or equivalent qualifications and experience, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis; and an applicant whose degree or, exceptionally, an alternative qualification deemed equivalent is not from a tertiary institution in Hong Kong or an English-speaking country should obtain a minimum score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test) or 79 (internet-based test) in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), a band score of 6.5 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or a score of 450 in the College English Test (CET) Band 6, or an equivalent score in a recognised test, or an equivalent qualification to prove his/her English proficiency that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Interviews may be conducted when needed.
