Academic Requirements
- a good honours degree from a UK university or an equivalent qualification from a recognised international higher education provider;\xc2\xa0
- Level 3 certificate (eg CPP, CTP) and Level 6 Certificate in Business Awareness and Advanced Professional Study (CBAAPS) from a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)-approved provider, plus at least three years\' experience in HR, including participation in appropriate training events;\xc2\xa0
All non-UK applicants must meet our English language requirements. For this course it is Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall, with special conditions in all elements.
