Entry requirements

One of the features of the course is the diversity of the student cohort. You may be working in any sector (private, public or not-for-profit) or industry (government, finance, consultancy, private industry). We welcome students from any background or academic discipline.

You will require two years postgraduate work experience and current employment in a HR or HR related role (recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits etc). We will also consider applicants who are working in a management role with responsibilities for staff management.

If you lack the required academic qualifications but meet the work experience requirements above you are also eligible to apply as part of the application process you will be asked to complete a written assessment based on a work-related HR issue which will be assessed by the Course Admissions team.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
