Academic achievement
- To enter this programme, you should have a UK First Class Honours degree or international equivalent (please see our International Entry Requirements page as a guide) in computer science, or a subject with a substantial computing component. You may be considered with an undergraduate Honours degree that is not First Class under exceptional circumstances, such as highly relevant work experience. All students should be able to demonstrate evidence of good analytical skills.
- MSc Data Science & Management is designed for recent graduates, but applications from candidates with relevant work experience will be considered.

- We do not require a GMAT or GRE score for the MSc Data Science & Management programme.
- The ability to demonstrate well considered short and long term career goals in data science.
ALL applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency by meeting one of the following standards:
- GCSE, IGCSE, GCE `O\xc2\xb4 Level English or equivalent at grade B
- Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) at grade B
- IELTS (academic): A minimum score of 7.0 with a minimum score of 6.5 in writing and speaking
- TOEFL (internet based): A minimum overall score of 100, with a minimum score of 24 in writing and 24 in speaking.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) English at grade 6 (either Subsidiary or Higher)
- Successful completion of the Business School\'s Pre-Sessional English Course
