Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

To be eligible to apply for the MSOM, applicants must hold a recognized degree.To be eligible to apply for the MSOM (Strategic Change) stream, applicants must hold a recognized Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in any subject; and

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience, or
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience with current managerial/supervisory responsibilities
Applicants whose entrance qualification is obtained from an institution where the medium of instruction is not English should also fulfill the minimum English proficiency requirement as follows:
  • a TOFEL score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test) or 79 (internet-based test); or
  • an overall band score of 6.5 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or
  • a pass for Band 6 in the Chinese mainland\xc2\x92s College English Test (for the old grading system before 2006) or a minimum score of 450 for the new grading system; or
  • Other equivalent qualifications

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
