All applications to the TransAtlantic Masters (TAM) program are processed by the University of North Carolina. TransAtlantic Masters is open to applicants from all over the world. The entrance requirements are:

  • undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, or its international equivalent, preferably in a relevant subject area (Political Sciences, History, International Relations, European Studies, American Studies, Economics, or modern languages)

  • Students are expected to be proficient in English and at least on other language (non-native English speakers must provide a TOEFL exam; students who are interested in studying in a third language must demonstrate their respective language ability.

  • GRE General Exam

English Proficiency: IELTS 7 or equivalent.
