Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 2.75 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
Prerequisites for admission into the graduate program include all the general requirements of the Office of the Graduate School. In addition, scores from all sections of the GRE must be submitted. International students must obtain a minimum TOEFL score of 550 PBT (213 CBT or 79 iBT) or a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.

- Application to the graduate degree program
- Three letters of recommendation (preferably from faculty and administrators who can comment about your scholarly ability)
- Statement of purpose (a minimum of one-page single-spaced): In the statement, please make sure to address the following:
- For Master\xc2\x92s/Specialist degree: o describe the purpose of applying for the degree in this program area o discuss your career goals
- Official scores from all sections of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE \xc2\x96 less than 5 years old), and
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
Full Admission to any department graduate programs requires a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or higher from a four-year accredited institution or a minimum graduate GPA of 3.00 or higher on previous graduate work from an accredited institution. The Ed.S. also requires an earned master\xc2\x92s degree from an accredited institution
