Course Structure
- [\'The module "Europe of rights, norms and values" (20 ECTS) through an interdisciplinary approach and from concrete case studies examines the normative political, social and legal aspects of their production and their implications for the Union as a European political space and as a global player.\', \'The module "Europe and migration" (20 ECTS) examines, from an interdisciplinary approach, the European and international dimension of these phenomena, focusing on the notion of borders, immigration and asylum, migration control and integration policy of migrants in Europe.\', \'The module "Governance and European economic policies" (20 ECTS) focuses on institutional and political aspects of the new forms of European economic governance as well as the main policies of the EU, competition and trade policy.\']

Academic Requirements
1) Those who have an unconditional access to the Masters programme
There is no unconditional access for holders of a second cycle academic grade or "haute \xc3\xa9cole" diploma.
2) Those who have a foreign academic grade recognised as equivalent to those previously mentioned in application of the decree from 7th November 2013, of a European directive, of an international convention or of another legislation, to the same conditions
3) Those who have conditional access to the Masters programme (subject to the acceptance of their application file)
- Under general conditions set by the jury, have access students that will fulfill the conditions planned in article 111 of the decree from 7th November 2013 and have a title, diploma (corresponding master or license in 5 years), grade or certificate of second university cycle grading studies in one of the following study fields : history, information and communication, law, criminology, sociology, economics, political sciences, management and management engineering, European studies, translation, interpretation, languages and modern literature, linguistics or including a training estimated satisfying by the jury, delivered in French community or external to it (institution of Flanders or german-speaking part of Belgium, Royal Military School or foreign institution). If the jury precises additional conditions, additional courses being included in the study programme.
- Under general conditions set by the jury, have access students that will fulfill the conditions planned in article 111 of the decree from 7th November 2013 and have acquired competences enhanced by the jury for at least 300 credits under additional conditions set by the jury. If the jury precises additional conditions, additional courses being included in the study programme.
- Criteria established by the jury : acceptance of the file is done based on academic criteria, in particular through an evaluation 1) of the quality of the academic path of the candidate (results obtained during previous studies but also relevance of previous studies completed and their capacity to prepare the student to follow the Masters in European Studies programme 2) of the student\'s motivation and project and 3) of its international profile (including linguistic skills).
