Those who have graduated from a university, those who are expected to graduate from university by March of the year in which they intend to enter the program, and those who are recognized as having an academic ability equal to or higher than those who have graduated from university are eligible to apply. Those who have completed 16 years of education overseas or are expected to complete this period of education may also apply. Furthermore, those who will have been at the university for at least three years as of the last day of March of the year when they intend to enter the program, and who are recognized by this course to have obtained good marks may also apply.
