Academic Requirements
- Academic:
A University Honours degree (minimum of lower second class honours) or equivalent qualification such as membership of a professional body.
Work Experience:A minimum of two years work experience demonstrating leadership capability or employment in a managerial position.
Candidates with Leadership Potential:Applications from candidates with leadership potential but not yet occupying an organisational leadership or management role, can be considered for a place on the part-time MBA on the basis of the assessment of a short (1,500-word) paper in which candidates will be asked to "critically reflect upon and evidence, in a minimum of three ways, their leadership potential and capability to manage people and/or resources within an organisation". Candidates being considered for admission to the MBA in this way will normally also be interviewed by the Programme Leader following assessment of their paper.
