Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

Required academic background Students must hold a valid and relevant bachelor\xc2\x92s degree or equivalent from an by Hanze UAS approved degree awarding body, university or college (no GMAT required).

Our criteria for a relevant business degree are: a bachelor of business administration (BBA) or a business bachelor degree accompanied by a transcript that holds all the following courses:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
  • Financial Management
  • Marketing Management
  • Strategic Management

In some cases, admission may be granted if one or more of these courses are missing on the student\'s transcript. Students are required to bring themselves up to the bachelor\'s level of this course though self-study before beginning the master\'s programme. A self-study literature list will be provided.

In case of NUFFIC-scholarship (additionally): a bachelor awarded by a NUFFIC approved university.
Other requirements

English language proficiency should be proven with an IELTS score of 6.0 or a TOEFL score of 550. For the MIBM Double Degree programme an IELTS score of 6.5 or a TOEFL score of 575

  • A letter of motivation.
  • An up-to-date CV.
  • References are not required unless specifically requested by the Admissions Committee during the admissions process.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
