Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Standard Admission
- Four year (or comparable) Arts/Science undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Normally, a minimum three years of related full-time experience working with environmental issues.
Flexible Admission
To be considered for Flexible Admission, applicants would normally have considerable relevant work experience combined with work related training and certified professional credentials. All applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Recommendations for Admission
This program is designed to be of most benefit to environmental practitioners who have an interest in, or a responsibility for, leadership and sustainable decision-making. As such, work and volunteer experience are key elements considered for admission to the program. As a guideline, we suggest that each applicant should have at least three years of experience working with environmental issues.
Students intending to pursue the MSc program must possess a science-focused undergraduate degree or offer evidence of a strong science-orientated background.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
