Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

Candidates applying for grants and third-party funding should:

  • submit their application for admission to the Master of Science in International Health
  • submit their application for scholarships or sponsorships to potential funding organisations

Candidates are expected to have at least two years of working experience in low an middle-income countries in a relevant field.

The medium of instruction os English. Proficiency in the English language is required. Students for whom English is not their first language must provide evidence of a 6.5 IELTS band (or 580 TOEFL score). Exemption from this requirement may be granted to those who completed higher education in the English language (written proof required with application).

A maximum of 25 participants will be acepted each year, drawn from a wide range of countries. We aim to achieve a balance in gender, dicipline and between participants from industrialised and developing countries.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
