Academic Requirements
The programme is postgraduate and applicants should be able to meet the university\'s requirements for postgraduate study.
This normally comprises a degree or equivalent, but professional qualifications could also be considered. If appropriate qualifications are not held then related work experience in management or HR could be considered by means of the Accreditation of Prior and Experiental Learning (APEL) procedure.
As far as is reasonably practical all applicants will be invited to visit the university to hear more about the course and have an interview. This is not only to decide suitability for the course, but to help prospective students to decide if this course meets their needs.
For international students the language requirements are IELTS 6.5 average/6.0 all bands or TOEFL 575.
